Assign Multiple roles to each user

Hi, it would be great if i could assign more roles to a user e.g. the client can be a tester too.
I think the invitation of a user must be separated from its role, and should be in an other step.
Im sorry if this feature exists already :)

I don't think the solution is allowing users to have multiple "roles". The best way to go about this is to customize permissions based for each role.
