Its more convinient to be able to click the url user made his submission from, to track the problem online.

I'm sorry I don't understand what you mean.

When you use "instant bug reporting" tool, it should save the url of the page of submission with the bug report.

Extension can make a screenshot, but you cant go to see the page where it was comming from.
To clarify - show location address in tracker when you submit from browser extension or JS plugin (IE)

If bug is here ^^^^^

url to click ;)

I would say this is essential. Core functionality. In a web project, the ONLY thing I MUST have in a bug report is a URL. Everything else can be optional but i MUST have the URL. A website project MSUT have this, I cannot use this tool without it.

In my opinion, if you are not going to add this feature, you should not advertise your product for browser based applications, I spent time setting this up, installing the extension etc, and it is amazing that a web testing tool does not collect the URL. Please, either fix this, or be very clear in your advertising that the tool is not suitable for web based projects.
