Project/bug release/target date
A team member except the client should be able to add a project release date.
A small countdown until the project release should appear on the project dashboard.
The day of release everyone will get a notification.

I agree but I would be more specific and I would like to add a "release date" not only for entire project but also for (optionally) for each ticket. In a real scenario often happens to promise a customer release of a specific task for a specific date, so developers should have this "deadline" for a particular ticket, clearly highlighted.

There's always a deadline on a project, project versions are great to have a release date aswell to deliver the client a MVP (Minimal Viable Product) but the entire project's release date/deadline is set months later.

I see that you want to put pressure on your team members :-) Very clever!
