Account manager should be able to change other users profiles
In my opinion "Account Manager" should have rights to change every details about other users, not only role, but also displayed name, email, etc. Let's imagine that cutomers have access to Damn Bugs, often they ask "Account manager" to change bad or old data.
Сервис поддержки клиентов работает на платформе UserEcho
For example:
1. You have your own organization, and one of your employees or providers is Leonardo.
2. Leonardo might also have his own organization with projects that he runs for other clients.
Accounts are designed to be cross-organizations. For example, although you are Account Manager of your own organization, you might also be a tester in my organization.
For this reason, if we allow Account Managers to change their user's personal information, it might be a little bit sensitive.
We will try to think about this however.
* Don't knowing Damn bugs, first time I registered myself with my email and password and automatically I became "Account manager"
* You said me that "Account manager" could be only one, but if I'll leave organization? Beacuse of I am the unique "Accoun Manager" and my profile is linked to my personal login and password, there will not be an "Account manager" anymore in the future.
* Again, I don't know why, but I write tickets with nickname "ldetomi" (initial part of my email before @) while another user that I added write with its first name; so, I would like to write tickets as "Luca" too, but in "Profile" section, my name and surname are written and nickname does not change however.
* Currently I have 2 users other than me. First one still continue to appear in "Invitation" section, while other one seems to have accepted invitation. I could think that this means that first one did not receive my invitation yet and not confirmed, but anyway he had already wrote some tickets, so what are differences between two accounts?
I now I am very curious, but I think that this website could mature very soon with lot of feedback and suggestion, sometime inspired by similar tools. :-)
