Add ability to share Test Plans between projects.

We often have several active projects that could all share the same (or slightly different) test plans. It would be nice to be able to create this test plan once and then add it to several projects - in a similar way to how the built-in Android and iOS test plans work now.

To expand on this, we need the ability to copy test plans to new projects. Like most (all?) test teams we have regression packs, which need to be applied to most changes. At the moment we can only duplicate test plans within a project, which means we will have to have a 'Regression' project to avoid having to recreate the regression test plan from scratch each time.

Hi guys,

We are working on a complete overhaul of the test plan management system and I could use your opinion on something.

The idea for the new system is that there would be only 1 test plan per project. While a test plan can have multiple "components" that you use to organize your test cases, the idea is that you wouldn't have to juggle many versions of a test plan, some outdated, some partially up-to-date, etc.

What are your thoughts about this? Would it work for your normal usage?
