Ability to create "Ticket List" or "Ticket Groups"
Sometime is useful to GROUP together a certain number of tickets, concerning the same topic.
For example, I could think to create different "Groups of tickets":
* About "Reserved Area" of the website
* About "Public Area"
* About "Usability"
* .....
This is different, and complementary to "Type" of bug. In my idea, for each one of previous Groups, I could have tickets concerning bugs, or suggestions, or improvemente, etc.
