Add a "Related to Testcase" field

When reporting a bug, it would be nice to have the ability to check which Testcase it came up on. I also think Testcases should "exist" in a similar way Bugs do: with more editable fields and interactivity

This functionality currently exists if you report bugs directly from within a test case. In the bug report, it will say: "This bug was reported from Test case #X"

But I also agree it would be nice to have more flexibility on the test case management system and it is planned. It is one of the next things which we will work on.
