Task Assignment

if any bug found and assign to any Team Member then no other will edit that task. because some time if any member work on that bug issue any other member will see that issue and work on it and do not notify who already worked on that same issue, it may create communication as well as technical issue. so i request is that if any assigned member working on that then it will not editable for rest of member until assigned member do not reply.
