Setting For Datetime

Hi,

is there any datetime setting for whole system for my organization? When i do any activity in leantesting, it automatically delay around 5 hr in createdon datetime. So i want to know is there any setting for this time delay. If not then i would say it must required urgently. Because my system time might be different then your system time.
