Is there be a provision for the account manager to add roles apart from the ones that exists? Because we need roles like IT manager, interns etc.

If there is no availability now, can there be a feature like this introduced?

The interesting questions is - what would be different for each of these roles? For example, what can an IT manager do that an intern can't? This would be helpful for us to understand to make this decision. Thank you!
