cannot find out what email address client has (only nickname visible)

For some time project's user list does not show user's email - only his/her nickname? I have no idea who am I talking to if the users (dumb as hell for sure, but hey! - who could've seen...) wrote their names as: "djkfhsjdkf" or "umbrelos"...
