Possibility to assign directly when adding a new ticket

Most of the time I write the tickets myself, and should be assigned to me. If I have not missed something, I would really appretiate the ability to assign a ticket directly when adding the ticket (at least if your login role is developer or project manager). A default assignment would also be a way to do it.

We have two people, me who writes bugs and the developer who fixes them. I would like the bugs to auto assign to him. Else it seems I must manually assign the bug in order for him to be notified.
