Unable to invite new staff

We currently have three staff on the platform and not invitations are being received by other staff.

Have had this issue for a number of months now. Has finally reached the tipping point for me where I need to be able to add staff or find another platform. I have emailed lean through the contact us on the page on their website so if I hear back I will update.

We have decided to look for a new platform as well if we do not have a response shortly. I shall let you know what we chose in case it helps you.
