Slack integration does not work (still?)

I'm experiencing exactly this issue: https://leantesting.userecho.com/communities/1/topics/849-slack-integration-connects-initially-but-fails-to-post-any-other-updates-to-slack-channel


I have also tried all the things that the author of that issue, but still no result: I got the initial notification but I'm not getting any other notifications.


Any ideas?
