Email notifications not working?

I am not getting email notifications for any of my projects... 

This is a paid for service and i expect it to work... Logged a ticket 6 days ago and no response?

When people try to create accounts to use Lean Testing, they are not receiving confirmation email too. Can you guys, please check?
