cannot add test cases to project

Also same problem. Been having it for several days. Tried to email support but it doesn't deliver my message

They don't respond on emails. Very annoying... Thinking about switching to another system... 

Do you have any suggestions of a good alternative?

I'm currently checking TestRail. This is where I got the 'inspiration' from:

Same here... but cannot rely on it... 2 times server was down and then? Waiting til it is solved, but without communication about the progress... The downside of a free solution I guess. So prefer to pay for it and get feedback and support, then to hope it works again the day after...
