Invitations / re-invitations are just NOT reaching users. Tried many many times over. The page says Invitation sent but the user never gets any email.

leantesting team, PLEASE do something about this.
Same with us, urgently need to get clients access to report any issues during testing - one of the few bug reporting systems non techie clients find easy to use! Numerous attempts to send invites and system says they are sent but they are not receiving them.
Thank heavens, at long last, invitations are going through and all seems fine.

I've been getting the same issue, I keep email and i've opened up both private and public requests and nothing. i'm paying for the email and that still didn't work...CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP.
SERIOUSLY. Do you guys not care about customer support at all??? You have a great product that our customers can understand and yet you do not support it whatsoever. I've sent repeated emails and posted both public and private messages on the hopes of getting anyones attention and I might as well be talking to santa clause. This sucks because now I have to adopt a new testing tool for my consulting company. Granted I only pay $5/month, but i'm still a paying customer.
Email invites to external users DOES NOT WORK, the $5 i'm paying for email DOES NOT WORK. That makes this product worthless. Come on guys, show some love and help us out.
