Unable to remove filters

Using Firefox version 56.0.1, in the filter dialog. I have create filters, but I am unable to delete old filter. The "x" button does nothing.

I meant to provide more information before submitting.

In the bug list interface, click on filters
Under "Saved Filters" - make sure you have more than 1 (I have 3)
Click Edit
The list of filters appears, on the right side of each filter row is a "X" remove button.
Click on the remove button, nothing happens
Note: There are no warnings or errors in the console. It acts like there is no code driving the click event.
