Can you please make your support team to respond to tickets. Its really very bad, I have raised tickets and concerns, I haven't got back any reply till now. And now Server down from yesterday evening.

I have to say the support is terrible. From 10am JST till now, no response in Twitter and Facebook and here.

Whole development team stuck, due to this issue ,which will cause serious troubles officially. Please respond at least about the issue, so that only we can able to manage the situation.
