Add "Under Testing" , "Test", "Re-Test" , "reopen" status to Bugs

When a Bug is Reported and after the bug is fixed in code, developer have to manually tell the tester to re-test the bug, and if again bug exists then no reopen status.

To know what all bugs are currently in testing has become a mystery to find out.
