Defect Template

Hello,

The defect template is a simple and non-editable for most of the part. So user ends up seeing all the information which may or may not be required. Can we provide user an authority to customize it?

 - Add OR Remove unwanted items from the template.

This will give him/her a flexibility to set the defect template - may be add some mandatory items he expects when the bugs are getting logged.
