When adding a new bug, I am receiving the error "Sorry, that bug does not exist or you don't have permissions to see it."

I have noticed this has started to appear today, 15 April, 2018!

I'm trying to invite a developer both the ways internally and externally but the developer is not getting  the confirmation mail from over a couple of hours.Please help what to do.

The top part for searching, status, creating bug should be fixed to the top of the page. You can't add a new bug unless you scroll all the way to the top of the bug list, but I want to add it as I am looking through the list of bugs and if I do not see it then add it.

You should be able to drag and drop attachments into the new bug window like you can after the bug has been created.

during new user registration and user invites through email we are not getting any mail.,
