When cheching the tooltips at the bottom of the page (to verify severity and priority when the icons aren't very intuitive) there's another tooltip (arrow keys and enter to navigate) overlapping it

We're trialing your tool for business UAT testing, we want to make this process as easy as possible. It would be good if the form would remember a users selection to make filling in subsequent bugs quicker. i.e device, OS, Browser etc

We're trialing this service for our business testers to log their findings. We want to make this process as simple as possible for them. I feel there're too many fields, it would be good if we could select what fields we use. Alternatively - select which fields are mandatory

When i tried to integrate the Framework in my iOS project, It gave me an error that Reachability.h file is duplicate. In my project I am also using another framework for Maps. Could you plz provide me a solution ?

I added new bug status, after that bugs page on this project is not available and I see error 500: http://prntscr.com/bz0al4. All other projects working fine, furthemore other pages of this project is also working fine.

Even after I deleted custom bug status - the error still there.

Please fix this, we can't access bugs anymore!

1. Set up two platforms: Platform A for Component Testing (which you have in place right now); and Platform B, for System Testing. The current structure is not conducive to full scale System Testing.

2. Why can I only add one attachment per test case? And it has to be an image? If I'm testing a component, I would personally rather attach a video of the expected outcome and steps of the test case to go along with the data points.

3. I need the ability to replicate test cases quickly and efficiently. to replicate a test case now, I have to create a duplicate component and copy and paste all the expectations, steps, etc. That wastes a lot of time. Give us the ability to duplicate full components.
