Email not going out
My user id is ASHRYM. I send invitations to my developers and I get a message saying the invitation has gone out, but none go out. I'm paying for the email option but that is not working either. I've sent a private ticket, i've sent about 10 emails, is this product supported at all? If so, PLEASE fix asap, as this is really affecting us, if not, let us know so we can move on. This is seriously hurting our progress waiting for someone, anyone, to reach out to us and fix this issue.

Unable to send an invitation

I tried to send to send an invitation to a new team member today, however although the system indicates that the invite has been sent, they have not received an invitation email. Please could you investigate.
