Notification in desktop

Gentlemen, I would first like to congratulate, the efforts in this brilhente idea that is Lean Testing, very good, I enjoyed and am testing with my team and everyone also liked, however would spend to suggest the idea of when a bug is reported, the User signed receive a notification on the desktop, it would be more productive and efficient. thank you for your attention

Overview of users for administrator (possibility to see their at least emails).

Colleagues often ask me to check what account they are using (mail or username) and I don't see this the option as an admin to see listed users with anything more then their display name and role.

Need a feature to view the test plan

Hi ,
in the bug you got Platform detail . is there a way to hide them because we dont really use it
Also in Type , can we edit those things .

Bug's title in Bugs list, expand like an accordion

In "Bug list" there is entire list of opened bugs. Clicking on "title" field will open detail of bug. Why don't add an arrow beside title to open detail (or an abstract) in an accordion style? In this way could be possible to have a brief summary of task without entering Bug's detail on another page.

Creating roles

Is there be a provision for the account manager to add roles apart from the ones that exists? Because we need roles like IT manager, interns etc.

If there is no availability now, can there be a feature like this introduced?

The interesting questions is - what would be different for each of these roles? For example, what can an IT manager do that an intern can't? This would be helpful for us to understand to make this decision. Thank you!
