1. Not everyone wants a duplicate bug status. I'm not sure if it makes sense to add it as a default status. If people vote for it, we'll do it.

2. That is how the bug list currently works.

3. We've now added this.

4. All bugs have a numeric identifier.

5. We're close to releasing a complete overhaul of the permissions system that addresses this.

FYI we've expanded the sidebar by default as per your suggestion and will add links from the dashboard very soon.

We've discussed it internally and will try to come up with an elegant way to do this.

It sounds like you have a very specific situation which is unlike that of most "normal" users. It's almost like each of your steps need to be an individual test case with its own steps.

Because your situation is so specific it doesn't really make sense to make this change for all users, but I will leave this thread open for users to vote if they need it.

For the size of the steps to execute, it's something that we've experienced to and want to tackle.

Adnan, if this is still happening for you we would need more information: your browser, OS, and the website on which you are trying to open to extension. I've just tested and it works fine in all browsers.
