Components are NOT deleteable if:

- There are bugs assigned to them.

- There are test run results for these components.

If you'd like to make a component editable, you must:

Assign the bugs to another component

Delete the test runs that contain results for this component.

You can add custom statuses in your organization settings.

You already have the option of adding another Account Manager
