We've increased the size of the textarea.

We're actually working to make the Bug ID start from #1 for every project instead of having bug numbers be for the whole company's account, we feel this will be more relevant/useful for users. I can't think of a situation why someone would want to start the bug numbers at #10 for a project, I think starting from #1 would be more beneficial and diminish the risk of confusion.
